Salaamun Alaikum

Congratulations on the arrival of the Holy Month of Ramadan whose blessed days and spiritually uplifting nights.

For all Muslims around the world this is an auspicious time yet, particularly this year, so many will have no secure source of income nor a reliable source of food with which to break their fast. For many of them whilst taking precaution against the spread of Covid the closest source of clean water could be several kilometers away. How can they then protect themselves against the bacteria.

This Ramadan you have the chance to make a difference.

Over the following pages we invite you to take a look through the key communities we will be working with to provide iftaar this Ramadhan.

Of course this is only possible with your support.

The Lady Fatemah Trust is focussed on empowering those living in the poorest communities all around the world.

THE TRUST AIMS TO ENSURE OUR FELLOW HUMANS HAVE MEANS TO A DIGNIFIED LIVING TO SUPPORT THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR COMMUNITIES.

However, we understand that there are vulnerable communities who are trying to live to their full potential or face multiple challenges, including ill health, through no fault of their own. We stand with these individuals and communities to level the playing field year round, particularly during the Holy month of Ramadan.

PLEASE JOIN US IN OUR DUAL APPROACH STARTING WITH A FOOD BASKET, LEVELLING THE PLAYING FIELD AND HELPING WHOLE COMMUNITIES LIFT THEMSELVES OUT OF POVERTY WITH SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS.
