Dr Akbar Mohamedali

Dr Akber Mohamedali (MBChB; MRCP; MSc.) is a family physician running his practice with a team looking after 12,500 patients in Southeast London. He trains and teaches medical students, doctors and nurses. He has held various leadership positions in the National Health service at a local, regional and national level. He was the chair of Lewisham Professional Executive Committee managing a health budget of £300 million for 250k of the local population. For the past twenty years he has helped developing and facilitating a range of Leadership and personal development programmes internationally, which has nearly two thousand alumni. He is also a personal coach and a mentor. He was born in Kenya and has lived in the UK for over fifty years and has six lovely grandchildren.

Dr Sarfraz Jeraj

Dr Sarfraz Jeraj works professionally as a chartered clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience in adult mental health services in the NHS. He is also a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Psychology and Deputy Course Director of the Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Interventions and CBT at University of Surrey. Sarfraz is an experienced facilitator of a wide range of training in areas including including communications, leadership, executive coaching, mentoring, and various aspects of wellbeing. He is an accredited MBTI practitioner and delivers programmes that are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.  Drawing on multiple roles as a clinician, an academic, various professional and community leadership positions, a mentor, coach and mediator, Sarfraz brings practical experiences to support the theory in training. He is driven by a commitment to developing people to unlocking their potential with care and skill.

Maria Pattinson

Maria is an Ethical Leadership specialist. She has thirty years of experience coaching individuals and teams to become the best versions of themselves. Maria brings expertise in mental health and wellbeing and has delivered projects to improve mental health outcomes for communities in the UK and internationally. Maria has a first class Master’s degree in Ethical Leadership from Kings College London. Her research was in evaluating the impact of leadership development programs in Muslim communities across three global regions. Maria’s voluntary work is in Tanzania where she trains local people to deliver mental health awareness courses in community contexts. Maria currently coaches a team of African volunteers across three countries in the East Africa region.

Maria is also a Communication Specialist. For more than twenty years, she worked with top leaders in the NHS flagship programs run by The Kings Fund on developing their capacity to communicate authentically and effectively in public. Her coaching and facilitation draws upon an equally long career as a theatre director and producer of new plays in some of England’s leading theatre organisations, including Chichester Festival Theatre, Glyndebourne and Hampstead Theatre. Maria is trained in Systemic Constellations Coaching and Family Constellations as developed by Bert Hellinger through the Centre For Systemic Constellations and The Whole Partnership.

Maria has written about the intersection of leadership, the arts and transformation in the online coaching magazine Coaching Perspectives.

Inayat Moledina

Inayat Moledina is an experienced Business & Leadership coach. He regularly runs high energy, interactive workshops on various topics including personality types, conflict management and communication skills. He is fascinated by human development and getting the best out of people. He has run a variety of Leadership Development programs in the UK and the US and has now made it his life’s work to help others on their journey of self discovery so that they are empowered to fullfil their own self potential.

Mariam Hassam

Mariam Is currently undertaking her Master’s degree in Faith Based leadership with the University of Birmingham. She has taken on different Leadership roles within the community and has been facilitating the Leadership Development Programme since 2014. Mariam is trained to facilitate the Mental Health First Aid Programmes for both Adults and Youth and is also a trained MBTI practitioner. She is currently Co-director at Revive-VSG and is passionate about developing herself and others!

Mohamed Dewji

Mohamed currently lives in Canada where he has spent most of his life after moving there from Kenya in 1976. He graduated from UBC with a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1991. Mohamed believes we all have tremendous potential and loves working with people to unlock their potential.

Over the past 10 years or so, he has facilitated various programs including NeuroPsychology for Learning and Leadership Development. Most recently, Mohamed has become a Certified Facilitator for Compassionate Integrity Training through which he has made practicing and promoting compassion a goal in life. He is also an avid traveller and enjoys hiking and reading – especially Sufi poetry.

Shama Dewji

She is a certified MBTI practitioner level 1 and 2 from the British Psychology Society, Europe Certified Test User in Work and Organizational Assessment. She is a Certified Madrassah Assessor and facilitator for Neuropsychology of learning program. Her passion in propagating awareness about Mental Health has led her to become a National trainer for Mental Health First Aider in Africa.
