Clean drinking water continuing to be distributed each day

Arbaeen 1445 Karbala and Najaf –

By way of update, the figures received for clean drinking water provided to pilgrims in Karbala and Najaf this Arbaeen, we have been informed that Karbala has served 2,500,000 litres in the lead up to Arbaeen and Najaf has served 4,500,000 litres in the weeks so a total of 7,000,000 litres or 35,000,000 cups served up to the day after Arbaeen in Karbala.

However, unlike the other activities of Arbaeen, this carries in every day for years to come InshaAllah with daily outposts of clean drinking water continuing to be distributed each day of the year around the Holy Shrine of Ameer Al Mumineen and Aba Abdullah as.

The narrative of thirst on both Karbala and Najaf has been rewritten thanks to the support of JFF and UGI as well as many supporters of the LFT working in collaboration with the Holy Shrines of Imam Ali as and Imam Hussain as who for decades and generations have been the custodians on the most sacred sites and have cared for the welfare of the local communities in supporting the welfare of pilgrims.
