Two tremendous feats on a bike!

It’s a tremendous delight for me to be sharing not ONE but TWO cycling feats to support projects of the LFT!

Shortly, the daredevil duo of Ali Shkara and Ahmad Mahammed will attempt to cycle 660 kilometres from Edinburgh Castle to Wembley Stadium. Yes, that’s right! They’ve taken their challenge to go to Birmingham and come back in less than 24 hours of riding time and trebled the challenge!

This time the dynamic pair are seeking to raise funds for the Lady Fatemah Trust water projects in East Africa. Lets support them as they set out to raise funds to kill the thirst that kills millions.

And here is an initiative that you can get involved in too. 

On Sunday 5th September 2021, Evolve with the support of Lady Fatemah Charitable Trust will be hosting a cycling sportive for women from Hujjat Primary School in Stanmore to Windsor Castle. This will comprising of two routes, either a 37 mile or 50 mile route, and they would like for you to be a part of our journey.

This event is open to all women and girls over 15 years old of all cycling abilities. Do you think you are up for the challenge?

If cycling is not your cup of tea, please join our journey anyway, by assisting us on the day. We need all the help that we can get meanwhile you will gain satisfaction and experience. You can also participate and chaperone on the day to keep up to 100 cyclists safe at the Evolve Cycling Network’s Annual Muslim Women’s Sportive.
